Yes, we provide free shipping on all products within the United States

At this time, we do not offer scheduled delivery dates. Tracking information will be provided once your order is dispatched.

Yes, we deliver to apartments and multi-story buildings. However, deliveries are made to the building’s lobby or front entrance.

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us with your order number and updated shipping address.

"In Stock" items ship from our California warehouse within 2–3 business days. Delivery within the contiguous U.S. typically takes 1–5 business days. During promotions or holidays, shipping
times may extend by 2–3 business days.

Returns and Refunds

Every Sol Place sofa bed comes with a 120-day in-home trial. The trial begins automatically when your order is delivered, giving you time to live with it and see how it feels in your space.

If it’s not the right fit, we’ll help you return it.

To start a return, email us at hello@solplace.com with your order number. Our team will guide you through the next steps and coordinate the return based on your location.

Once you reach out, our team will walk you through the return process and share the appropriate next steps for your order. Return options may vary by location, and we’ll make sure everything is handled as smoothly as possible.

No. You do not need to keep the original packaging to complete a return.

Your 120-day trial is meant to be lived in. Everyday use and reasonable wear are completely fine.

We simply ask that returned items are free from major damage, so they can be responsibly re-homed or recycled.

Refunds are issued once the return process is completed. Most refunds appear within a few business days after processing.

Unfortunately, changes can’t be made once your order has left our warehouse. That said, you’re still fully covered by our 120-Day Trial.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or defective?

If your product is damaged or defective, contact us with photos or videos of the issue and a detailed description. Our team will respond within two business days to assist you.

To request a cancellation, contact us with “Cancel” and your order number in the subject line.

  • Cancellations are guaranteed within 24 hours of placing your order.
  • After 24 hours, we can’t guarantee cancellation, but we’ll help coordinate a return.

Returned products are assessed and handled responsibly. Items in suitable condition may be re-homed, donated, or recycled.

To keep the 120-day trial fair for everyone, returns are limited to one trial per customer.
